Our Management: Mathias Bosse and Wim Weber

At the helm of P+S Polyurethan-Elastomere is a leadership duo from our own ranks: Mathias Bosse and Wim Weber. Both have been with us for many years, know the company inside and out, and are now leading it together by contributing their unique strengths.

Mathias Bosse

As of January 1, 2026, Mathias Bosse is a new Managing Director. His career with us is a prime example of professional growth: he started as a trainee in 2004 and worked his way up from sales to a department head. He knows our customers and products like no one else and will ensure that we remain a reliable partner in the future.

Wim Weber

Wim Weber brings practical knowledge from the heart of our company. He has been on board since 2015 and, as our long-standing Production and Operations Manager, was responsible for smooth operations. He took over management from his predecessor, Manfred Heckert, on January 1, 2024, ensuring a seamless transition for our customers and suppliers.
