After 35 Years of Service

After an impressive 35 years with the company, Mr. Jürgen Bleick retired on January 1, 2026. Colleagues, management, shareholders and companions honored the long-serving employee at a small celebration at P+S Polyurethan Elastomere GmbH & Co. KG on December 19, 2025.

Since joining the company in 1990, Jürgen Bleick has made a significant contribution to the success and development of the firm. His responsibilities ranged from business administrator to managing director. Through his professional expertise, reliability and consistently friendly manner, he was regarded as a valued colleague, superior and mentor to numerous generations of employees.

In his laudatory speech, Manfred Heckert (shareholder) emphasized:

"With Mr. Bleick, our company is not only losing an extremely competent employee, but also a person who approached his work with heart and mind. We will greatly miss his commitment, loyalty and human qualities."

As a small token of appreciation, the new management presented him with a gift as well as words of recognition for his many years of service. Particular emphasis was placed on his consistently positive attitude – even during difficult times.

Mr. Bleick, who is now looking forward to his new phase of life, also reflected:

"The time here was more than just a job. I learned a lot, met wonderful people and am grateful for every single experience. Now I look forward to peace and quiet, travel and time with my family."

The entire workforce wishes Jürgen Bleick above all health, happiness and fulfilling moments in retirement.
