P+S - Powerful – Future proof!
After the P+S Polyurethan Elastomere GmbH & Co. KG, which manufactures powerful security buffers for the elevator industry for many years, has already presented its new generation of lift-buffers with great success at last year`s Interlift 2015 in Augsburg, it is now moving forward in big steps.
After the mass production of these buffers running since spring 2016, further milestones were successfully placed on the road to a global partner for the elevator industry.
The determination of compliance for the economy in Russian Customs Union (EAC) took place in April 2016 for the entire product family of the new D-series. Due to the now present declarations of conformity, new markets are opening up in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Always one step ahead, and the global presence of the industry in mind, the requirements of the most important future growth market China were met in August 2016. The issuing of certificates, also for the entire product family once again shows the clear strategy and direction of P+S for this interesting and growth-oriented industry and their future markets.
In addition to the major industry players, P+S focus lies on the smaller producers as well as they are playing a big role, too. A further rated speed was registered for certification in order to offer better load ranges for the variety and flexibility of especially those producers.
Already in April 2016 TÜV NORD CERT certified our entire product family with a speed of 0,63m/s. Due to this additional speed many customers win a wider range of applications by significantly improved load ranges.
The convincing property profile of the high-performance elastomer Diepocell® is presented very clearly on our website. In an experimental setup a video clip is showing the exceptional damping properties of the P+S buffer components.
