Manufacture + Properties

Vulkollan‚ also available as humidity resistant version, is the oldest, best known and strongest performing polyurethane elastomer. Vulkollan‚ is manufactured from a polyesterpolyol, di-isocyanat Desmodur 15 and special chain extenders. The raw materials used in this process are carefully specified and undergo stringent quality control, ensuring top quality elastomer.

Vulkollans® excellent properties include:***

• high tear propogation resistance
  
• low compression set
  
• resistant to oil, grease, petrol and various other solutions
  
• good resistance against ozone, UV and other energy laden rays.

Applications
