Agreement or use for P+S download area Important notice The agreement for use is valid for all documents, programmes and other files, which are offered for downloading by P+S in the area "Downloads" on the P+S website. These documents, programmes and files will be designated in general as "Downloads" in the following. THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOUN AND P+S. THE CONTRACT REGULATES THE KIND AND EXTENT OF THE DOWNLOADS ALLOWED AS WELL AS CLAIMS UNDER GARANTY AND WARRANTY. THROUGH DOWNLOADING, PRINTING, INSTALATION OR USE OF DOWNLOADS YOU DECLARE YOU EXPLICIT AGREEMENT TH THESE CONDITIONS FOR USE. IF YOU ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH THESE CONDITIONS YOU MAY NOT DOWNLOAD, PRINT OR INSTALL THE DOWNLOADS OR USE THEM IN ANY OTHER MANNER. Free of charge use P+S place the downloads at your disposal. A charge for use will not be levied. Registration Registration is necessary for the use of the downloads. In order to register the person wishing to use the downloads provides his/her name and address and E-mail address provided on registration. Data protection P+S treats the registration information as strictly confidential and does not provide any third party with these data. Extent of use allowed Personnel of enterprises that offer the same services or products as P+S and are in competition with P+S may neither download nor use the downloads. All other persons may use the P+S downloads for the preparation, planning and realization without limitation provided that they observe the following conditions: You may not change or remove any copyright directions. You may not publish, lend against charge, or in any other way offer for use against charge to a third party. *You may not use the downloads in order to present yourself as a member of P+S staff or business partner of P+S. Rights The agreement for use does not empower you to use the name or the logo of P+S in any way. All copyrights, market rights and rights of use and the downloads remain the property of P+S. The use of downloads is only allowed within the framework described in this agreement for use. P+S can at any time give notice of termination of this agreement without giving any reason and without prior notice. The agreement for use is cancelled through the notice of termination. The further use of the download files beyond the end of the business relationship is not allowed. In this case all copies of the downloads you have in your possession must be destroyed. Guarantee conditions/exclusion of liability P+S assumes no responsibility for the correction or completeness of the information contained in the downloads nor for the suitability of the downloads to certain purpose.
