Prerequisites for manufacturing

Manufacturing technical high-quality products makes great demands upon the technical knowledge, experience of the technicians and on the organisation, planning and production control of the processes. One of our first services includes the calculation and design of the required article which is done in close co-operation with the development departments of our customers. The mould and foam tools are then constructed.

At P+S, quality assurance is thought to be indispensable to manufacturing technical products - be it finished products or granulates. In addition to extensive quality controls of the base materials delivered to us and the manufactured finished products and granulates in the laboratory, high value is put on direct control of the production process. Using statistical methods, samples are taken from the production at regular intervals and vigorously tested to ensure that the specifications are always maintained.

The machines we use are technically advanced and efficient and guarantee the output of high-quality products without neglecting economic aspects.
