Vibrations and structure-borne noise are difficult topics in lots of applications throughout the industry. Talking about healthier working conditions for the employees, solutions in the field of vibration control are indispensable.

Our materials are characterized by high volume compressibility and low transverse strain. At low damping values, Vulkocell^® is designed for dynamic loads and convinces with its long lifespan. For special applications in tropical climate up to installations under water, special formulations have been developed by our engineering department.

Our different solutions are used in a wide range of industries. Whether as dynamic axle springs in vehicle construction, cabine isolation in special vehicles or ski lifts, as a spring with emergency running properties in rail vehicles or as machine frame bearer - the technical properties of Vulkocell^® can be found nearly everywhere. The program is supplemented by applications for prefabricated house construction and in railway track construction using components made of our material Diepolast^®, which has proven itself in the decoupling of structure-borne noise and thus contributes to the protection of man and machine.
